Registration guidelines

Policy Statements for presentation of accepted papers

  • The registration can be completed to the following link.
  • Papers accepted for the meeting must be presented by one of the authors, and at least one of the authors must register for the meeting at the standard registration rate.
  • At least one author for each accepted paper must register to the Conference before July 25th, otherwise the paper will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.
  • Participants are invited to register before July 25th in order to get lower prices.

Paper Submission Instructions (for final camera-ready version)

1. Revise your paper as appropriate based on the review comments.
2. Carefully proof-read your submission.
3. Submissions cannot exceed 14 pages (full papers) or 7 pages (short papers of posters) in the Springer LNAI format. Detailed formatting and submissions instructions, as well as LaTeX and Word templates, can be accessed through the detailed author instructions page.
4. Final version must be put on the easychair system (where you have sent your submission) no later that July 26th, 2013.
5. Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form which transfers the copyright of the paper to the Springer. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper.
